Whether animals or humans, the inherent love in parenting the little ones is deep and unselfish. Not surprisingly, in many of the photos of this animal parenting, the same loving and challenging moments of your childhood could be seen in various forms involving the mother animals fondle, play and snuggle their young ones. Scientists normally divide animals, based on their parenting, into r and k categories. Animals under r series have more number over quality, with many offsprings growing fast, with the individuals having slim chances of survival. The k category, consist of animals like elephants, cats and humans, having comparatively longer pregnancy periods with fewer offsprings, demanding long-lasting care.
