The serpentine mythical serpent is a staple component of the mythology of a wide range of societies in Asia, so it’s not amazing that its intense, writhing structure has caught the creative ability of numerous specialists there. Some skilled craftsmen have even aced the specialty of ‘Hitofude Ryuu’, or of making lovely, multi-hued mythical serpent bodies in a solitary brushstroke.
