Home Inspections And The Points To Ponder Over By A Buyer

Buying your dream- home is a lifetime investment which is generally large involving repayments along with interest almost throughout your life. So, care, verification of records, and inspection of the house for damages are a must before buying. Some points are presented here from a buyerís perspective.  ìWhat to know about home inspections?î need not deter you. Hiring certified Inspectors, you check the following points: foundation and basement; damages; plumbing, electrical and air-conditioning systems; doors; windows; floors, ceiling and walls; and insulation. Points not covered in this first inspection are septic tank; inside walls; chimney; and sheds which need another home inspection process by another expert. Remember, the seller has to bear the cost of damages. Get legal scrutiny of the property deed done by a lawyer. If satisfied on all the counts, sit for negotiation.
